Which old devices can I trade in?
W Network can assess old electronic devices of any brand or model. This includes cleaning, personal-care, smart-home and other small electronic devices. Send us the details if your category is not listed.
Does my device need to be working?
Not necessarily. Old, damaged or non-working devices may still be submitted for assessment. Eligibility and value depend on the device and its condition.
How is the trade-in value decided?
The value is based on W Network's assessment, including the device type, model, age, condition and applicable upgrade offer. We will confirm the value before you proceed.
Which new brands can I upgrade to?
The programme applies to selected Roborock, Laifen and Xiaomi machines available through W Network, subject to current availability.
Do I need the original box or accessories?
Send us what you have. Our team will confirm whether the original packaging, charger, attachments or accessories are needed for the assessment.
Can I trade in more than one device?
Multiple devices may be considered. Send us the details of each device so we can confirm the applicable arrangement.
How do I hand over my old device?
Contact us on WhatsApp first. We will provide the current inspection and handover instructions after reviewing your device details.
